About The Role: My glow up. Quickly promoted from leading social to the Brand Marketing Manager, I’ve had the pleasure of touching every facet of Rumpl’s business, with a focus on social, community, partnerships, collaborations, creators, events, and content capture. Lead the execution for multiple best-selling launches during my tenure.

Lead a team of 3 internal employees + external agencies to execute commercial & creative briefs across relevant channels for all key moments within Rumpl’s global marketing calendar

Work directly with product team to build all seasonal & product stories aligned with 3-year product roadmap. Manage all key sell-in & sell-through collateral for retailers & owned channels.

Champion Rumpl’s brand voice and core values across omni-channel communications, collaborating with sales and digital teams to ensure content, creative and copy alignment for all campaigns.

Spearhead all photo/video content capture, working with external creatives & studios to develop all creative needs by channel for all endemic & seasonal brand campaigns

Oversee a team of internal employees to strategize and execute our cross-channel social strategy. Manage over 200+ content creators to develop UGC/paid partnership content to align with key product & brand storytelling moments.
